Tickets Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair while honoring the time and preparation that goes into each of our events.
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before an event are eligible for a full refund or can be transferred to a future event.
- Cancellations made 3-13 days before an event are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member.
If Wild Element needs to cancel an event due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled or future event.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Product Returns
We want you to feel good about every purchase you make with Wild Element. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Physical Products
Unused, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Food & Perishable Items
Due to safety and quality standards, all food, teas, and perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
