Join us for a restorative afternoon of mindfulness, nature connection, and inner stillness. This half-day workshop, hosted by Wild Element in collaboration with mindfulness coach Becky Gardner, invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and into the quiet presence of the natural world.
Together, we’ll explore mindfulness through guided meditation, gentle movement, and slow forest walks designed to awaken the senses and ground you in the present moment. Along the way, you’ll learn practical ways to integrate mindfulness into everyday life and discover how time spent in nature can support your mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being.
Through reflection, breathwork, and mindful observation, we’ll deepen our understanding of how nature mirrors and nurtures our inner state. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice, this workshop will offer fresh perspective, gentle guidance, and a sense of belonging—to yourself, to the land, and to a like-hearted community.
Each participant will receive a beautifully crafted journal to capture insights, reflections, and practices during and after the event. This is more than a class — it’s an invitation to remember what it feels like to be fully alive, attuned, and at peace.
